Spaze Group in one of its interviews, said that they are also planning to acquire various land parcels for low-rise commercial and residential development in Gurgaon with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore in next few years. Spaze Group have done various investments in commercial and residential high-rises from fast few years. They also added that demand for low-rising has been increased after the removal of covid-19 restrictions. The developer has recently acquired 13-acre land parcel at sector 114, Gurgaon and planning to acquire another 17-20 acre nearby.
